Join Refuge’s British 10k Run team
2006 British 10k Run – London
Sunday 2nd July
In 2006 Refuge is celebrating its 35th birthday – 35 years since opening the world’s first refuge for women and children escaping domestic violence in Chiswick, London.
Come and celebrate the thousands of women and children Refuge has supported over the past 35 years by joining Refuge’s 2006 British 10k Run team.
Starting at Hyde Park Corner, the race goes past some of London’s most celebrated landmarks and is run on some of the most famous street names in the world.
Refuge has a limited number of free guaranteed places available. All that we ask is that you pledge to raise a minimum of £250 and in return we will provide you with fundraising and training materials and support you 100% along the way.
Alternatively you can buy and secure your own place now by clicking here. Once you secure your place, we would be delighted to have you join the Refuge team.
