RUN FOR REFUGE
If you have been lucky enough to secure your own place in the Flora London Marathon 2007, Refuge would love to hear from you.
As part of the Refuge running team, you will receive a Marathon pack and Refuge running vest. The pack contains all the information you need regarding fundraising, together with lots of training tips. In addition you will be invited to a training meeting, a pre-marathon party and a post-marathon reception, where you will receive a massage and refreshments. Along the way, you will receive all the training advice and support from Refuge that you need.
