Floating Support Coordinator

Part time: 21 hours pw
Fixed term for 1 year
c. £29.5K pa pro rata inc ILW
This role involves managing a team of floating support workers to deliver a high-quality service for women experiencing domestic violence within the borough of Southwark, while managing a small caseload as the senior practitioner. A minimum of two years experience of providing direct practical and emotional support to women, and a current working knowledge of general and welfare rights legislation in relation to women escaping domestic violence are essential. A working knowledge of the Sanctuary Scheme is desirable. This position requires extensive multi-agency work, so proven experience is essential.
