Deputy Domestic Violence Services Manager – Midlands **
Closing date: 4pm, 30th April 2010.
Responsible for managing the delivery of refuge services, you will ensure that a secure and supportive environment for women and children escaping domestic violence is provided. This role requires a strategic and versatile individual, with proven experience of managing, developing and motivating staff. You will have excellent interpersonal, budget management and report writing skills. You must also have knowledge of domestic violence issues, housing, welfare and experience of working in either a women’s refuge/residential setting.

**Please note that for the Richmond role, candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of providing support to Asian women and should speak at least one Asian language.
Please note that on-call work will be required in these posts.
