HR Adviser

Refuge, is the country’s largest specialist provider of domestic violence services for women and children escaping domestic violence.

We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to contribute to sustainable people and performance practices.

This is generalist role with strong emphasis on workforce planning and recruitment by developing innovative, cost effective solutions. Working closely with the HR Manager you will have the opportunity to use your talents and to further develop your skills by contributing to, and leading on, a diverse range of projects.

Ideally CIPD qualified with a sound understanding of employment legislation, you must be a strong communicator who can work effectively as part of a team.    To succeed in this role, you will have well developed IT skills, be well organised, proactive and discreet with proven practical HR experience and skills. You will also have the ability to analyse and present statistical data and other information in a logical and accessible way.    This is a busy role that requires initiative and flexibility, so enjoying multi tasking is essential as is a customer focussed approach.
