Refuge, is the country’s largest specialist provider of domestic violence services for women and children escaping domestic violence. We have the following opportunity for high calibre, committed female* applicants.

Floating Support Co-ordinator

Southwark, London

£29,595  per annum includes Inner London Weighting

Full time – Permanent

Are you able to manage a team of floating support workers and to act as a senior practitioner to ensure that a high quality support service is provided to women and children affected by domestic violence?  Can you develop multi-agency working and represent Refuge at community meetings?  Do you have significant experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to women?  Do you have a current working knowledge of general and welfare rights legislation in relation to women escaping domestic violence?  Then consider this opportunity to play an important role in a committed team. Experience of working within a Sanctuary team is also desirable.

Please note that this role will involve working and travelling within the London Borough of Southwark as well as meetings at Head Office in Central London.
