Domestic Violence Services Manager – East Sussex

Salary: Circa £32, 000 per annum

Responsible for managing the delivery of refuge services in the East Sussex area, you will ensure that a secure and supportive environment for women and children escaping domestic violence is provided.
This role requires a versatile individual, with proven experience of managing and motivating staff. You will have strong interpersonal and management skills. You must also have knowledge of domestic violence issues and experience of working in either women’s refuge/residential setting. A recognised social work/housing/management qualification would be desirable.
As member of the management team the postholder, will be required to be on call at all times. Also you will be expected to provide direct out-of-hours cover as required – including during bank holidays.
