We are seeking to recruit a senior operations manager to provide leadership, line management and operational support to domestic violence service managers, who are responsible for developing a range of services across the country. This includes refuges, outreach and floating support, independent domestic violence advocates (IDVAs), culturally specific community based services, and the national helpline run in partnership with Women’s Aid.
You will work closely with the director of operations and the project management team to ensure that Refuge’s mission and vision is realised through the development and delivery of high quality services.
You will be an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful services. Your background may include working in a social care or community/partnership context. You will demonstrate an awareness and understanding of domestic violence issues combined with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate.
We are therefore seeking an individual with the ability to deal effectively with a range of complex and challenging operational situations with evidence of strong project management skills.
