Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum

Then consider this opportunity to manage our Warwickshire sites.  Responsible for managing the delivery of refuge services in the Warwickshire, you will ensure that a secure and supportive environment for women and children escaping domestic violence is provided.

This role requires a versatile individual, with proven experience of managing and motivating staff. You will have strong interpersonal and management skills. You must also have knowledge of domestic violence issues and experience of working in either women’s refuge/residential setting. A recognized social work/housing/management qualification would be desirable. Housing management experience.

As member of the management team the post holder, will be required to be on call at all times.   Also you will be expected to provide direct out-of-hours cover as required – including during bank holidays. They must be able to have access to a car during working hours.
