Finance Assistant (Housing issues)                              REF: 006FA

C. £21,000 per annum

Tower Hill, London

This post involves maintaining and updating the bespoke rent accounting system efficiently and effectively. Ensuring rental income and collection are processed and posted on time. It is essential that you have experience of working in a computerised accounting environment.

You are expected to have the following skills: being highly numerate, accurate, methodical with very good attention to detail, able to effectively prioritise your workload and able to work to strict deadlines in a structured and organised manner.  Some of these aspects will be assessed at the interview through a series of short tests.

It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team as well as liaising with non-financial managers and colleagues

It is desirable that you are undertaking or committed to undertaking professional accountancy examinations such as ACCA, CIMA or technician level AAT.
