Brighton Marathon

Thank you to our first ever Brighton Marathon team!

On 18 April 2010, 19 fantastic individuals took part in the first ever Brighton Marathon in support of Refuge. The weather was glorious, the location was beautiful and the crowds were loud – the perfect ingredients for a brilliant marathon day!

Refuge is so grateful to all of our runners who took part and achieved two amazing things – running a marathon, and raising funds much needed for women and children escaping domestic violence. All Refuge runners who started the race completed this incredible challenge, and we are so proud of each and every one of them!
