No matter what your level of fitness, how long the distance or how wild your outfit, we’ll support you every step of the way,
We have guaranteed places available in a number of high profile runs or we’ll help you secure a place in an event of your choice. Whatever your decide, the sponsorship you raise will help thousands of women and children experiencing domestic violence.
All Refuge runners receive:

- A sponsorship pack full of great ways to kickstart your fundraising and lots of information on how your participation is helping our work

- Relevant training guide & nutrition tips
