No matter what your level of fitness, how long the distance or how wild your outfit, we’ll support you every step of the way,

2007 Refuge runner We have guaranteed places available in a number of high profile runs or we’ll help you secure a place in an event of your choice. Whatever your decide, the sponsorship you raise will help thousands of women and children experiencing domestic violence.

All Refuge runners receive:

  • Refuge team running vest or T-Shirt
  • A sponsorship pack full of great ways to kickstart your fundraising and lots of information on how your participation is helping our work

  • Relevant training guide & nutrition tips
  • Access to our online training zone, including training plans, forums and the opportunity to set up your own blog
  • One-to-one help from the Refuge team
