Working for Refuge
Refuge’s employees have skills and experience in a range of different areas. Broadly, they are split into the following:
- Operational staff: project managers, refuge workers, floating support workers
- Helpline workers
- Support staff: finance, fundraising, communications, HR, IT
Volunteering for Refuge
A team of trained volunteers works alongside paid staff on the Freephone 24 hour National Domestic Violence Helpline (run in partnership between Women’s Aid and Refuge).
The helpline is not currently recruiting for volunteers. Please check back soon for information on our next recruitment drive
