General enquiries
We are unable to provide support through our general enquiries channels to anyone experiencing domestic abuse or other forms of violence against women. Please direct all support calls to the Helpline at 0808 2000 247.
Our general phone line receives a great number of enquiries. Before calling us, please review the options above in case your query can be better supported through one of these avenues. If your query cannot be resolved through any of the above channels please call us on 020 7395 7700.
If you have any questions about a donation you want to make to us or have already made – our Supporter Care team is here to help. Please email us on supportercare@refuge.org.uk or phone us on 020 7395 7771 Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm. If you have any general enquires around carrying out fundraising for Refuge, please email us.
Fundraising and donations
If you would like to raise funds for Refuge we would love to hear from you. Please email the Fundraising team and get inspired with fundraising ideas and tips.

Please note, we are unable to accept any donations of physical items such as clothing or toiletries, and are unable to send fundraising materials or letters via post.

Please note that due to the number of requests we receive and our limited resources, we are unable to provide personal support to student projects. There is lots of information on this website, including many of our publications and reports which are available to download, so please make the most of these resources.
