No matter what your level of fitness, how long the distance or how wild your outfit, we’ll support you every step of the way

2007 Refuge runner We have guaranteed places available in a number of high profile runs or we’ll help you secure a place in an event of your choice. Whatever your decide, the sponsorship you raise will help thousands of women and children experiencing domestic violence.

We also enter a team of ‘Pink Ladies’ in the adidas Women’s 5k Challenge on 6 September. This is a brilliant event for women of all ages and fitness levels.
