Refuge is pleased to be awarded a place on the Social Impact Framework delivered by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub.
We welcome the opportunity to connect with NHS commissioners and other public sector organisations to raise awareness of Refuge’s services available through the framework and explore how we can help meet local priorities.
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is a not-for-profit organisation that works in partnership with and on behalf of the NHS to drive value and efficiencies and ultimately, improve patient care. With extensive experience of facilitating collaboration at local, regional and national levels, the Hub supports organisations to address immediate priorities while planning for meaningful, long-term improvements
The Social Impact Framework provides a compliant procurement route for NHS organisations, part or fully government funded organisations and blue-light services to access social impact and community led services. Through our place on the framework, Refuge looks forward to supporting organisations across the system to improve outcomes, tackle inequalities and deliver meaningful support to the communities they serve.
Highlights of the Framework
- Co-designed with commissioners, local authorities, health inequalities leaders, potential suppliers and representatives from the voluntary sector, ensuring the framework reflects real challenges and the practical reality of delivering the support needed.
- Aligned to system-wide priorities, including mental health, children and young people, carers, and reducing health inequalities, helping organisations translate ambitions into practical action.
- Access to more than 200 VCSEs, SMEs and local suppliers, enabling organisations to commission services that are rooted in communities, responsive to local needs and built on trusted relationships.
- Support for local ecosystems, helping to strengthen smaller organisations, retain investment within communities and create more resilient networks of support.
- Outcome-focused design, providing flexibility and encouraging innovative, person-centred approaches rather than restrictive service models
Whether you are considering a pilot initiative, strengthening existing violence against women and girls (VAWG) provision, or developing integrated health and support services, we would be pleased to share our expertise and discuss how we can work together to improve outcomes for victims and survivors.
